Today's global pandemic challenge will not stop us from reimagining the future of the luxury experience of tomorrow. Rather, it will encourage us to go further.

We welcome the requirements required by health authorities and governments globally and, as always, remain very strict in our approach to cleaning. We have worked tirelessly with our staff and consultants, and will continue to do so, to ensure compliance with even higher standards. Below is an overview of some of the complete steps we are taking to implement our advanced protocols, which are subject to rigorous reviews.
At the same time, while adhering to the new guidelines on cleanliness and social distancing, we promise that our Guests will continue to feel that warm welcome which is an essential element of our Puglia region. They can relax in a safe and comfortable place enjoying the wide open spaces of our masseria - the vineyard, the orchard, the vegetable garden, the terrace on the trulli, the swimming pool and its lawn - and the privacy of the patio of each room shadow of jasmine. In our restaurant they will be able to taste "zero-meter" dishes, as we like to call them, prepared with products from the garden and from local suppliers.

Reception of our Guests.
The check in and the acquisition of the documents of the Guests will take place in an area outside the reception.
Access to the reception will be allowed only to the staff of Nina Trulli Resort.
In observance of all the regulations in relation to the protection of personal data and the right to privacy, our staff will take note of all the relevant events of which they become aware and concerning the possibility of suspicious cases. This information, treated with discretion, will help guests through adequate advice, facilitating early diagnosis and rapid management of suspected cases with local health authorities.
Safety equipment for Guests and our staff.
Specific personal protective equipment has been provided for our staff and a safety kit will be available for guests (mask, disinfectant gel and disposable gloves). Guests will also find hand sanitizer gel dispensers in all common areas and in the restaurant.
Sanitization and sanitation of the rooms.
Before the opening, Nina Trulli Resort was sanitized in all areas by a specialized and certified company in the sector.
Every day, the bedroom and bathroom are sanitized with specific and certified cleaning products.
Maximum attention is paid to the details and cleaning of handles, switches, hair dryers, etc.
In addition, at each departure, the bedroom and bathroom are ventilated for at least 60 minutes before new guests enter.
Frequent cleaning of the air conditioning system.
Both the inflow of external air and the frequency of cleaning the filters with the use of suitable disinfectant products have been maximized.
Sanitation and organization of common areas.
The equipment and furnishings of the external common areas are disinfected with each use.
The internal common areas of the masseria that could be used in bad weather are disinfected several times a day with specific precautions. The areas are organized to guarantee social distancing and an adequate level of security.
Swimming pool and solarium
The spacing between the sun-umbrellas and a surface of at least 10 m2 for each umbrella is guaranteed.
Passages have been prepared that allow you to reach your umbrella without having to cross spaces occupied by other Guests.
Among all solarium equipment (sunbeds, deck chairs), when not placed in the umbrella place, a distance of at least 1.5 m is guaranteed.
Equipment such as sunbeds, deck chairs, umbrellas are disinfected at every change of person or family. In any case, sanitation is carried out at the end of the day.
Through an electronic instrument, the parameter of free active chlorine and combined chlorine is monitored every hour ensuring that it always remains above the required level.
Before the opening of Nina Trulli Resort, the water analysis was carried out and its suitability for bathing was confirmed following the chemical and microbiological analyzes required in the State Regions Agreement, carried out by a special laboratory.
The laboratory analyzes will be repeated throughout the opening of the swimming pool on a regular basis.
All the staff of Nina Trulli Resort was trained by a certified company in relation to the new procedures and service standards required by the safety protocol and the certification process.

Our suppliers and partners have adopted the protocol and new guidelines for the safety of guests and staff.

Our protocols have been developed with an industry-leading partner and will be subject to periodic checks.
Access to Nina Trulli Resort and its services is allowed only upon reservation and we guarantee the maintenance of the list of presences throughout the opening period of our hotel.

Trust our flexibility.
The safety and well-being of our guests are a top priority for Nina Trulli Resort. Therefore, we have implemented a cancellation policy to offer our guests more flexibility.
- Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival: no penalty
- Cancellations from the 7th day before arrival, no show, early departure, non-refundable rate: 100% of the stay
- Cancellations from the 7th day before arrival due to travel impediments related to Covid (cancellation of flights, ordinances and government restrictions, other): in order to protect the stay of our guests, it will be allowed to move the dates of the stay until at 25.10.2021 without application of penalty or, alternatively, a voucher of the same amount will be issued which can be used at Nina it can be used at Nina Trulli Resort until 25.10.2021 after checking availability.
